Steven Brouns is the founder of Florador. He worked in Ecuador in order to understand all the main areas of this business and offer the best product and service to his future clients. Steven has vast experience in the import and export of Fresh Cut Flowers, which will in return benefit all its customers. Currently, he is responsible for all the Commercial and Marketing Department, as well as the management of his team.
Jose Luis has over 18 years of experience in the Flower Business in Ecuador. His expertise has been primarily on the Commercial and Marketing side of the Industry, as well as Quality Control and Logistics. His incorporation to the Florador Team will guarantee that we will offer only the best quality flowers from previously selected growers, in order to ensure that our customers receive Top Quality Flowers.
Andres is the person responsible specialized for our quality control at the airport as well as in the farms in order to ensure that our flowers meet our quality standards before each shipment. He sends an inspection report to each client. If the quality of the product does not meet our standards, we will replace the product.
Angelica works in the logistics department of Florador. She is responsible for communication with the airlines in order to ensure Florador’s clients, the best rates with the most efficient cold chain in order to guarantee the product. She has over 19 years of experience in the transport of perishable products from South of America.
